How we handle personal information, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Wrenwell Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 29 690 049 453) ("Wrenwell Advisory", "we", "us") is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and deliver engagements. Typically that is:
We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act unless it is unavoidably necessary for an engagement and you have consented to its collection.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, to assess whether an engagement is a fit, to deliver contracted work, and to meet legal or professional obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unsolicited marketing.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except where it is necessary to deliver an engagement and you have agreed, where we use service providers who are bound to protect it, or where disclosure is required by law.
Client information is treated as confidential. We do not name clients or describe identifiable engagement details publicly without explicit written approval.
Information is held using reputable service providers with access limited to those who need it. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where that is the case we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then securely delete or de-identify it.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Email contact@wrenwelladvisory.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at contact@wrenwelladvisory.com so we can investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
